At Hatha Yoga, traditional poses are held in accurate alignment with an emphasis on inner strengths, flexibility, balance, concentration and breath control. Hatha Yoga is based on physical poses, deep breathing and strengthening body awareness.

VINYASA SADHANA

Yoga Sadhana is great support to your own personal practice. Sadhana comes from Sanskrit and translates as much as 'going straight to a goal'. And this is what we will do together in this hour. Each week there is a challenge that you can take home with you if you want to continue. You will learn how to create your own personal practice at home, with sun salutations, an emphasis topic, and simple breathing and meditation exercises, whenever you find time.
